Dear Director,

Assalamualaikum. Hope you are all well. I wrote you several times on your programme, but not sure whether those letters have reached you. I am a fan of your programme, because I did not enjoy this of Islamic programme earlier. I feel very attached to the talk show- Islam Ki Bole; Aamra Ki Kori? I have some opinion to convey to you regarding the talk-show:

1. 30 minutes not sufficient to understand the subject matter.
2. This type of quality programme should be broadcast in the evening so that we can enjoy it and educate ourselves.
3. We want to know the e-mail/ website of the programme if there is any.
4. We want to get CD/ VCD of the talk-show available.

Thanking you,

Dear Director,

Assalamualaikum. Hope you are all well. I regularly watch your ATN talkshow- Islam Ki Bole; Aamra Ki Kori?’ This is an Islamic programme I have ever seen in my country. It is really an excellent programme. It is quite different from other traditional Islamic programme. Being very analytical, this programme, I hope, will give us proper knowledge of Islam.

My views on the talk-show are as follows:
1. This programme should be broadcast in other TV channels.
2. As the current issues are discussed here, those who make business out of religion may react adversely against the programme. Care should be taken in this regard.
3. More discussions on Islam and Kuran needed.
4. You should continue this programme.

Thanking you all involved in the talk show,

Selim Miah, Ashraful Islam, Afroza Sultana Baby, Sagufta Yesmin Zisan Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Director

Sir,

Take my salam. Hope you are all well. I regularly watch your TV talk-show “What Islam Says; What We Practice?” It is really a nice programme. This type of Islamic programme is very rare not only in Bangladesh but also in the world, I think. Being a lawyer, I remain busy most of the time, yet I try to enjoy this programme that is very enlightening. My other colleagues also watch this programme. Here I have some suggestions on the programme:

1. Time of the talk show is very limited. We cannot understand clearly what the speakers want to say. Therefore, discussion hour should be increased.
2. Broadcasting time should also be changed as working people do not have the chance to enjoy the program. So it should be aired in the evening or on Fridays.

I congratulate all the organizers working to make this programme a success.

Thanking you,

Dear Sir,

Assalamualaikum. The talk show- “What Islam Says; What We Practice?” has reached the heart of the audience. We come to know many things about Islam through this programme .

Discussions on Islam by eminent personalities inspire us to learn more about Islam. If the duration of the program would be 2/3 hours, we would be able to know about Islam more.

My view in this regard is as follows:

i) This programme should be aired in several channels for at least one hours
ii) Discussion by the non-professional Islamic thinkers appears to be more valuable than that of professional Islamic speakers.

Thanking you,

Mr. Safiul Azam

Dear Director

‘Islam Ki Bole Aamra Ki Kori?’

Hope you are well. May the Almighty keep you better so that we can continue enjoying the programme. Through this talk show, we come to know about various aspects of Islam in new perspectives.

As I watch the programme regularly, I have some suggestions for your kind consideration:

1. It would be convenient for the service holders if the talk show is aired after the news of 10:00 pm
2. Two days a week is not enough. Let it be three days a week.

With best wishes to you all,

Dear Director

Take my salam. We regularly watch your programme. This well-planned programme has enlightened us with knowledge of Islam. We all are Madrassah students. We are studying Islam, but never did think about Islam in this way. Inshaallah, your programme will give us a right direction and thereby enrich our student life. The talk show on “Madrassah Education” broadcast on 20/6/05 and 27/6/05 has inspired us more about it. The CD on the programme is not available on the market. Why has not CD been made available on the market?

1. CD should be available
2. The programme should be broadcast during prime hours.
3. Duration should be one hour.

Thanking you,

Dear Director

Take my salam. I regularly watch your talk show – “What Islam Says; What We Practice?” I can not enjoy the progarmme as it is too short- only half an hour. It would be good for us if the duration of the programme would be one hour.

I have some suggestions here for your consideration:

i) The talk show should be telecast on public holiday.
ii) We are afraid lest this favourite programme is banned.
iii) More new topics should be selected for discussion. We want women speakers beside the men.
iv) CD/ VCD should be made available on the market.

Wishing you all the best,

Dear Director,

My salam to you. I am regularly enjoying your programme. I am really impressed with your programme. Comparative discussion on various problems helps us to know about Islam truly.

However, I have some suggestions on my favorite talk show. I do not know whatever the authority will consider my view.

i) Please consider the time. We can not enjoy the programme as it is broadcast at noon.
ii) Duration should be one hour instead of half an hour.
iii) Let me know where CD/ VCD on your programme is available.

Thanking you for your nice programme.

Dear Director,

My salam to you. I regularly watch your talk show “Islam Ki Bole; Aamra Ki Kori?” This analytical programme, I believe, will uphold real concept of Islam.

I minutely observe every talk show. I cannot recall all the subject matters of the talk show at this moment. But I have been impressed by the talks on law, terrorism, education and specially women education. Wish the programme a long life. I have some suggestions for your favourable consideration.

I) I think duration of the programme should be increased.
II) We want more informative programme on Islam. The real face of those spreading misconception of Islam should be disclosed.
III) We could enjoy the programme better if it would be broadcast on public holidays,
IV) Let us know if you have any website.

I thank you all involved in the planning of this programme.

Dear Director,

Assalamualaikum. Hope you all are well. We really enjoy the programme ‘What Islam Says and What We Do?’ We come to the TV set on time to enjoy the programme. It is a different type of programme we have ever enjoyed. We, the expatriates, feel proud that this type of talk show is being organized in our country which will help unveil this real face of those makings business out of religion and thereby deceiving people. We have some opinion on this issue:

1) You should bring to the talk show those who are conscientious and intellectuals as well.
2) Duration of the programme should be increased so that we can enjoy it better.
3) We would be much benefited if we could know the web site and e-mail.

Thanking you all involved in the programme,

Md. Abu Sayeed Hossain
